Heart disease prevention is a major goal at the University of Chicago Medicine at 150 E. Huron. Our heart specialists develop personalized heart disease prevention plans for people at risk for heart disease as well as care plans for individuals who have had a heart attack, stroke, or other type of heart and/or circulation problem. Our expert physicians have written the guidelines and regularly help patients with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and those with a family history of heart disease.
